50 Things to do on your weekend that will bring a Week of Content

Many of you have heard the phrase, “A Weekend well spent brings a week of content”. I am a firm believer in that, and I truly believe that when you have a good, relaxing weekend, you are better prepared for a great week. All throughout my 20’s, I didn’t prioritize slowing down or preparing for my week ahead, and this caused me to feel like I was hanging by a thread day after day, struggling to catch up. Now, in my 30’s and for the last couple of years, I highly prioritize balance and self-care and part of that includes how I spend my free time and how I prepare for the days ahead. I enjoy the slowing down and resetting of my mind, recharging my body, and doing stuff with intention.  I love the idea of being home early on Sunday evenings and making sure that my stuff is prepared for the new week ahead as well as my families, especially since our weeks can be so hectic.

I made a list of 50 things I personally love to do on weekends and hope that it will inspire you to take some of my relaxing ideas and add to yours.
